Jess is so helpful! When the length of the bottom of the dress wasn’t right, Jess and the tailor helped me figure out a solution that looked even better than the original style of the dress and it was a big hit. Although tailoring can be kind of expensive, it’s truly worth the service you get. Jess also helped me do a private delivery service to accommodate for closing the shop early due to personal emergency at no additional cost to ensure I’d get the dress in time (which ended up being a few days early anyways!). Thank you guys!!!
They did such a great job! It was hard to find a tailor that works with sequins and they did a fantastic job quickly. Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to bring back half my closet! Also, they are cash only.
Jess and her team did such an amazing job with all of my pieces, especially the ones that were special asks, such as keeping the original hem of my Alice & Olivia jeans (literally so perfect you can’t even tell I got them shortened) and trying to ensure my front clasp corset top wouldn’t suddenly open.
I also appreciated when she told me it would be impossible to make a piece work because of the boning.
Will keep continuing to bring all my alterations here!
