I am so impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge and care the entire team at Kalvig & Shorter Veterinary Associates has provided for my cat PB this past week. My poor little guy had a ruptured abscess on his anal gland and since I didn’t have a regular vet I looked up the closest vet I could find and I am SO glad it was KSV! I was given an appointment the same day I called and as soon as possible. Once Dr. Kalvig examined PB she was able to determine what was wrong and what needed to be done, she also did a wonderful job explaining to me in detail every step of the way about what was going on with PB. PB ended up having to stay at KSV for an extended stay due to his wound treatment, cardiac work up and surgical reduction after a very large anal sac abscess. Although I missed my little pal during his stay, I felt comfortable knowing he was getting the treatment he needed. Since I live close by I would visit PB every day and the team was always so nice and wonderful during my visits. Each time I would come to have a visit with PB either Dr. Kalvig herself or another veterinarian would provide an update on PB’s status and then would allow me to visit with him for as long as I wanted! In addition to the doctors, the technicians and staff at KSV are smart, caring and kind. It was hard to leave PB after each visit but it made it easier knowing that he was with his new friends who also love him and want him to get well. I would highly recommend KSV to anyone who is looking for the best veterinary care!! PB is now happy to be home but looks forward to visiting his friends at KSV for his recheck appointments and beyond. Thank you Kalvig & Shorter Veterinary Associates!! �
Top quality care loving caring vets amazing staff they r truly a place for u to bring ur babies & feel safe that the care is the most advanced in their field I know that when my babies stayed over I called all the time to.check on them I knew that they were cared for &.looked after all night long. I would not go anywhere else ever!!!! Thank u for our visit today great to c u all & thank u for taking such good care of Luchious thankful for helping him.
