First of all let me just say that Doctor Peter kross is an amazing veterinarian he saw my previous dog and now he sees my other little one Raine He takes his time to answer all of your Questions I used to live a block away from the clinic then moved to 57 street and I still take my dog Raine to see Dr. Kross even though it's quite a ways to get to but that should tell you how super fantastic they are......the staff at the clinic's front desk are super nice and welcoming what can I say oh Dr.Kross also a very nice person Neve Storm and Raine 6/4/2020 just got back from having Raine's teeth Cleaned and some other procedures Dr Kross we love you people this is the best vet...read full review

Despite how crazy busy their clinic became during this COVID19 pandemic, Dr. Kaminski and Kross were very attentive to our dog who got hard hit with pancreatitis and had to be brought in multiple times from having bouts of diarrhea and vomiting. They not only were able to diagnose his condition right away, they even helped save his life since they correctly spoke against giving him steroids that a 24 hour emergency hospital prescribed to us. I was also impressed how they answered all of my questions that I emailed them or asked over the phone and how nice all of the staff are. (And I had many of them / am not an easy customer, lol!) This is a terrific practice. We've been loyal customers for a number of years and each time we recommend Dr Kross and his Associates to other pet owners they tell us how pleased they were with the services they received. Today was special. In the midst of the pandemic we were afforded white glove service! We have been sheltering in place in NJ but when Rosie needed her yearly checkup we drove into NYC. We had an appointment at Rivergate and were met outside the office. A technician took Rosie from our car and brought her into the office for her exam, shots, even a nail trim. Twenty minutes later Dr. Kross himself brought her back to us. We couldn't ask for anything better.
