Excellent dog walking and at a reasonable price! We looked at many companies before selecting Wags west as our walkers when we moved to the neighborhood and have been using them for 2 years now. Marixa is very responsive by email and the owner portal/post walk emails are informative and easy to use. All of our walkers have been timely, responsible and loving to our dog - he looks forward to his walk every day! We typically have the same walker every day which I also liked so our dog could get used to them.
Wags West is absolutely amazing! I use them for my dog, Stump, and they have taken wonderful care of her. She gets walks 3-4x a week and after each one I get seriously the most thoughtful update. One of the best perks of living on the Upper West Side. Can’t say enough good things — makes me feel so much more at ease knowing Stump is in such caring hands during the day!
