“I’ve been a customer here for as long as I can remember., if I’m not mistaken, pretty much since they first opened! Of course, life happens, and over the years, with relocating, I’ve had to try different places. But honestly, this place is irreplaceable. ❤
Their technique and service are amazing. By now, most of the technicians know the shape of my nails, and everything is usually such a smooth transition. (Especially when it comes to bitters 😁).
I guess they’ve spoiled me because I’m VERY picky when it comes to getting the exact shape I want. 😂
Last night, I went in for a Gel-X fill and had someone new doing my nails. She was very nice, professional, and detailed, but she didn’t ask what shape I wanted. I assumed she would see the shape I came in with and recreate it, but… that didn’t happen. That one’s on me too! 😊My nails came out round, and although I was so exhausted that I didn’t immediately realize just how different they looked, I knew something was off.I drive almost an hour almost every two weeks just to come here, so I called that same evening because I really wasn’t happy with the shape. They gave me absolutely no problem and even offered to have me come back in the same day.I went back, and once again, Jason took care of everything and fixed every little detail I wasn’t happy with. 🙌🏼Thanks to all of you guys for always being here, listening to your customers, and, most importantly, treating people the right way.❤ That kind of customer service is hard to find these days!I’ll happily keep making that almost-hour-long drive every two weeks.See you in September 💅🏼”
