AMAZ—INGGGG!!! Diana was at the front desk and she was so warm and welcoming!! My nail tech (gatekeeping) was also so diligent and detail oriented. Such a great first impression and I’m so happy to have come across this salon!! I was able to walk in and make an appointment to be seen right away!!! I was offered a handmade Americano and a sweet treat (I couldn’t eat but really wanted to haha) the cafe was sooooo good!! The chairs in the salon are usually so uncomfortable after 30 mins—however, here I felt so comfortable the entire time!! I used to have my nails and toes done all the time, before my daughter, but as a mom of a 23 month old, I have not been able to do my nails since I was six months pregnant.
On Tuesday, I went in with my toddler and I was so excited to experience a Russian Pedicure. I knew that’s what I needed after a long break and love the attention to detail that this type of pedicure entails. I booked Tasya for a Square Gel Pedicure and I absolutely do not regret it. She was able to get all the stress on my feet, the calluses, from my third trimester and from postpartum and it’s just so soft even after 3 days. I visited Red Square Nails again, and just like my first visit here, I was very pleased from the moment I walked in. Exceptional customer service is a consistent standard here from everyone (both online with the ease of scheduling appointments and in person). The salon is clean, organized, calm, and relaxing, which is a plus. I saw Larysa again, and I appreciate the time she takes to be gentle and make my nails look perfect. I love the time and precision that goes into a Russian manicure and pedicure. For this appointment, I chose to wear my nails shorter. I will definitely be back again in 4 weeks for my next appointment. Again, thank you Red Square Nails!
