I completely lucked out as a late walk-in because one of Silvana’s appointments got rescheduled, and I really needed my nails done even though I had zero idea what I wanted. She greeted me warmly right while she was finishing up cleaning after her prior client, which I really liked. Her setup was super clean and comfy, and she even offered me water and let me watch whatever I wanted.
Just a quick heads-up on finding the place: the gold gate makes the front building look inaccessible, but you just have to go to the right and push. Make sure to bring your ID to get a pass for the 21st floor, and once you get past the transparent doors, just make a right.

I finally found my go-to nail studio! I came in for a dry pedicure not knowing what to expect, and Silvana completely won me over. She took her time with every detail — filing, shaping, cuticle care — nothing felt rushed. The space itself is spotless and calming, and she genuinely cares about the health of your nails, not just how they look walking out the door. My feet have never felt this well taken care of. Already looking forward to my next appointment!
