It's rare to get good customer service in NYC, so I just wanted to thank ALEXIS for her professionalism in helping me get the frames I wanted. And also HOWIE for cutting the lenses in a fairly quick turnaround, and also for the the care he took in fitting the finished frames to my face. All around 100% happy with my experience.

Came in to just ask for a cleaning. I was helped without hesitation and they did a thorough job. Cute dog wandering the store as well and the staff was kind enough to answer some questions while I waited.
