I've been a customer of this Cutler & Gross location for years! Their customer service is outstanding -- you can tell they really care about their clients and are passionate about eyewear. Most recently, I was thrilled to learn about their bespoke frame manufacturing after my vintage frames broke. They recreated my beloved glasses, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Thank you to the whole team, especially Gaby, for their care and attention. :)

Great styles and frames. I came here after being a devoted WP wearer for many years. I found that WP product and service went downhill after they went public - very sad, I loved that brand. Anyway - I found Cutler and Gross and the staff in soho… especially Imran. I love my new glasses!I had to adjust my prescription slightly after purchasing and they were able to help me like it it was no big deal.

I came in to see if I could get my sunglasses adjusted due to them fitting too tight behind my ears. Delphine was super helpful and got my pair of sunglasses adjusted and cleaned in 10 mins. The reviews don’t lie, I will def come back to get a pair of computer glasses in the near future.
