Total rip off. They aren’t honest about their business hours. They refuse to either answer the phone or return phone calls. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The standard of work leaves much to be desired. And the prices are usurious. Avoid at all costs.
Will overcharge you (dry clean items you asked to be laundered).
Will lose your items, then point to the receipt they created, to argue why nothing could have been lost.
Maybe if you go in, and go item by item you may have a better experience. But MCMB is just down the street....
