I’ve taken a few shirts here before with no problems. Those were just for some simple dry cleaning after wearing them. I took a pair of black jeans in because I’d gotten a little bit of toothpaste on one of the legs. When I picked them up, they had two new teardrop sized stains on the other leg. Of course the guy at the front has no idea what happened. We send them back in for another look and cleaning. I just picked them up for the second time and the new stains are not much improved. So it’s not that they are incapable of doing a good job, but I would call this hit or miss with the potential to damage.

I have hemmed two dresses here, including a chiffon bridesmaid dress, and they have unbelievably quick service (turnaround in 3-4 days), and both have turned out amazing. The dry cleaning jobs are also quick and reliable. They have been a pleasure to work with and I am sure if I have a concern they will treat me with care.
