I believe it was Pete (at least that was on the caller ID). We figured out right away my unit wasn't worth hiring out for repairing, but he stayed on the phone with me to explain a few things & why the DIY videos i saw on YouTube weren't worth investing the time, effort & money.

I'd imagine if a person or company is willing to stay on the phone for several minutes after they know they aren't getting your money, there is some honesty, honor & reputability in their practices & workmanship!“
