I just moved to the city a couple months ago and have the only room in the apartment without air-conditioning and it’s so hot. Today I called up the fresh air company and was immediately greeted with kindness and care while being quickly transferred over to someone to assess my situation then contacted by Peter himself. Peter helped me outline my situation, gave me honest advice, directed me on what air conditioner to buy for my specific room and offered to help direct my installation and reach out with any more questions. I highly recommend this company to other young women who just moved here and need AC!

I had a great experience. They went above and beyond to help me, and the owner was refreshingly honest, something that’s hard to find. Instead of pushing unnecessary services, they helped me save a significant amount of money. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Its starting to get warm and my AC was shot. I was dreading having to make another call to get this service done but Peter put my mind at ease. One less thing to have to deal with! Shi Bin was friendly when he came to check out the unit and the whole experience went as smoothly as one could hope. Thank you!
