They were also more thoughtful, detail-oriented, and careful than all the others.
While this meant longer visits - as they traced out and verified circuit diagrams, for example - it also meant correct diagnosis.

I decided to take it upon myself to upgrade my existing thermostat to a smart WiFi thermostat after seeing so many people do it themselves online. Unfortunately, I failed miserably and couldn’t even get my old thermostat working again. I was in full panic mode and had no idea who to call at the last minute.
York has done work at my building before and happened to be on site, so I called the office to see if someone could take a look. After speaking with the owner, he immediately sent a technician over to help.
