My father’s services were prepaid three years earlier, when I first met Ralph V. Cerasuolo, one of the funeral directors. From that first meeting, Ralph was thorough, compassionate, and clear, walking me through what to expect and ensuring I felt prepared when the time came.
When my father was suddenly hospitalized and transitioned quickly to hospice, I called Ralph. He again guided me step by step, helping me understand what to expect and when to reach out. That level of support never wavered.
