This is a funeral home with a lot of history in Chinatown. All my family members used them and they’re very professional and on point with everything they do. The only drawbacks are there’s no parking on premise and it needs a facility upgrade. As with every funeral home in NYC, the casket price they charge is a ball breaker. Order the casket online and give them heads up going in. I would definitely recommend using their service.

This funeral home review gives me the most anguish feeling in my entire Yelp career. There are two definitive guarantee events in life: death and taxes. Wah Wing Sang has been in business for many decades through time and tide. My family have used this business for previous immediate family members' funerals. I've had the funeral for both of my parents at this funeral home and I've attended many funerals here over the years. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. The process was simple and straightforward. They basically had everything you would typically need for a traditional Chinese funeral on one sheet of paper. They were responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. The funeral directors and the rest of the staff were pleasant to deal with. I am still waiting on the draft of the tombstone for approval, which I'm told is one of the items that takes the longest and where things usually go wrong (I will provide an update).
