Really nice pleasant staff, with a good vibe. Jackie was a gem. We spoke about frames and fashion. The owner even introduced himself. Conveniently located right off the 72nd street stop on the West Side of the Park.

Second service at this location, but this time, I used their optometrist (Dr. Dorothy Ewald). Dr. Ewald did a detailed and meticulous job, the results were good and precise. Also in the front I found Jacquie (whom I’ve meet on my previous visit)to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. She called me 2 days later: “your glasses are ready”!!! I found out that they do do their own glasses at this location, and they did a great job. Thank you.DK

I had the best experience here! The Dr was very friendly and thorough with my exam. The ladies at the counter were so helpful and patient while we tried several frames and lenses for the perfect pair. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to get my new glasses.
