The worst most unprofessional pet hospital I've ever seen in my life I will be canceling my membership first of all Aaliyah, who is absolutely abysmal at her job had a nasty attitude telling me that this location is drop off only first of all I just got my pure toy poodle and paid thousands of dollars for him and he is very attached to me so if I were to leave he's going to cry why do I have to drop my pet off at the hospital and I don't know what kind of care he's receiving if this is the case, Banfield should've had this on the website before people sign up. Great place! The staff is so friendly and really enjoy being there. Thank you to Ashley who was super friendly and welcoming. She explained every process and was truly passionate about my pup! Thank you to the team!

They never have any appointments. You pay for insurance and if your pet has an emergency you can't even bring them. They not even open Friday-Sunday, as if people don't have jobs to go to. God forbid you try to call with a question they don't pick up the phones. Even if you leave a voicemail they will not call you back, even if you state it's for a problem your pet has. Don't waste your money getting insurance here.
