She took her time to ask many questions so she could truly understand how I was feeling and how serious my eye condition is.

I have a very sensitive eye disease, and not everyone understands how difficult it can be. Sandy listened patiently, showed real concern, and made sure I could come in to see the doctor. While I was feeling sad and tired because of my eyes, her kindness truly made my day.
