Excellent practice. Staff is very friendly. Doctor was thorough and explained. Haven't had many eye issues over the years, but now as I have passed 65 the eyes just aren't what they used to be, but they helped with solutions for that.

I've been going to New Hartford eye for about 15 years, they are the best very prompt and extremely trustworthy, being fitted for lens or new frames is a really nice experience as well,I have recommended them ,and will continue to!

people where very friendly and doctor was great. But my insurance was with no copay and my reading glasses where to be covered by insurance I even had my insurance call them to tell them they are fully covered, and they still wanted to charge me after the insurance called them. I had them email my script and going to order online. very disappointed with this office.
