“Dobbs Ferry Animal Hospital is terrific. We've been taking our pets there for 20 years. Don't be deterred by the office's modest appearance. It's a serious, extremely competent place. Everyone is devoted to their work and very knowledgeable. Ignore people who say they found staff rude. They're not. Dr. Mendelsohn is a straightforward, no-nonsense doc. Same with the vet tech. Parking lot is limited but you can park on a side street.“

For 16 years, my dog never got the compassion he truly deserved—most vet offices felt cold and impersonal. Near the end of his life, I reached out here. Even though we weren’t patients, they listened, offered advice, and followed up to check on him.

I am very satisfied with the services and feel confident having him care for my pets. It’s pricey but they use quality shots which minimize downtime. My dogs are a little nervous but they always leave happy after Dr. Bishnoi and his team treats them up.“
