Family Veterinary Care of Ossining is the best veterinary practice around. I have had a handful of vets over the years in Westchester and none of them come close to the amazing Dr. Klainbard and his superstar team. Dr. Klainbard is incredibly thoughtful, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. He is an exceptionally nimble and resourceful thinker, always finding creative solutions and avenues of exploration to define and resolve very nuanced issues related to my complicated pug. In our experience it was difficult to find a vet that is understanding of dog reactivity and the team at FVC are so kind when we come in. Our dog is very fearful of strange people and strange dogs so she can become overwhelmed and anxious. The FVC team are incredibly patient and do everything possible to make the visit easy for our girl. I’m forever grateful that they are so friendly and welcoming.

I could go on and on about how wonderful Family Vet is. Everyone is so kind, thorough, accommodating and knowledgeable. The front desk staff go above and beyond to make sure you get in and are cared for. Both vets are amazing. The techs are true animal people and love the patients. So thankful we have them taking care of our Miller!
