I love this animal hospital. Dr. Eldridge has a wonderful calm demeanor that helps to relax nervous animals and owners alike. She and the staff have been so competent and caring and have helped us through the recent loss of our beloved senior cat.
Dr. Eldridge really cares about the animals. I've been to many vets and they all price gouge to the point where owners are forced to make decisions based on finances. To me those vets should not be in business. Yes, all great vets should make a great living, the money and time spent to become a veterinarian warrant that, but neither side should take advantage of the other. Be honest, pay great vets (like Dr. Eldridge) what they deserve, w/o manipulation, and any vets that read this should follow Dr. Eldridge's lead. I have been taking my pets here since I was a kid, and they've always been immensely kind, caring, and gracious in listening as well as explaining any questions or illnesses my pets have had. I went in today for a follow-up with one of my kitties who had to be rushed to the emergency vet over the weekend. (He's okay, no worries!) I felt terrible because the clinic is always so busy, but Dr. Janice not only listened to my kitty's unfun weekend story, looked at his records from the emergency vet, but also asked questions to make sure we were on the same page.
