I travel far to receive acupuncture treatment here by Dr Zheng and her acupuncturist. The doctors are top notch. The staff is so friendly and the ladies at the front desk couldn’t be any nicer. They are so kind, patient and very personable.
I have been a client at EM & R for over a year and have great respect and appreciation for the wonderful treatment by all the staff. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be shown to a room that is always clean and inviting. I never feel rushed. The doctors and assistants are efficient and friendly. The front desk director is always friendly and works with you to make your next appointment and answers any of my additional questions with a smile.
