“Laura at Mt. Sinai Hospital provides exceptional customer service from the time of answering the phone. Beyond this practice possessing experienced vetenarians the reception staff and assistants are skilled in their field and caring to all pets.
Laura, thank you again, for your level of communication and for making our phone conversation a pleasant experience.

“Great experience evertime. We have been with this vet for over 6 yrs and the staff is on top of things, provide reminders for upcoming visits, vaccinations etc..”
“My trust in the care goes without saying . What makes the difference for me is the kindness , compassion and love that you feel from the front desk , to the vet techs to the vets themselves . As a “crazy cat mom” of 3 you all treat me with such respect . And my cats get gentle loving care .
Even as I sat in the waiting room talking with a dog owner first time visit, I reassured her how wonderful the care is .
With gratitude .
