She provided the best care I could have asked for when it came down to precision. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She thoroughly explained the difference of progressive lenses to me in a way I could understand. The care she gave me, her incredible attention to detail, and her knowledge in Zeiss products by explaining their differences in comparison to competitors was all I needed to know that I will be coming back to see her every single year. “Rex is the best optician I’ve ever met. I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life and I’ve never had a better experience than with Rex and the staff here. They’re very friendly, respectful, kind. And Rex has an incredible eye for just the perfect frames. And he’s just a lovely person. If there’s ever anything that needs to be changed or fixed - which rarely happens- he doesn’t question it, he’ll simply get it done. It’s also the only place I take my kids for their glasses.“

Not only did I get what I needed, but she was also super responsive and kind throughout the process of getting it from the supplier and shipping it to me.
