Elite has been a really great company to work with, they are very good with their communication, they have the knowledge, they have a great team and are all hard workers. I am the president of our condo association and finding good companies/tradespeople has been difficult. Our building has had an on & off leaking issue for years. Water was finding its way down into our garage and of course causing serious damage along the way. We've had people try different times and ways to flash, and after a recent construction project to fix damage, all of that flashing was torn up and the leaking was back. Elite Roofing was actually recommended by another professional that did not come to our area. He said he had heard good things about Elite. After looking at their website and their great reviews, I called. Sophie and Karyn are in the office and have been absolutely great to talk to and a pleasure to work with. I even stopped by their location and they were very welcoming, sweet and made me feel comfortable. Al was the one who initially talked to me about our problem. He heard about our situation and needed to get hands and eyes on our patios to inspect. This is exactly what I wanted to hear...we needed someone to not just look at things from the outside, but dig a little deeper to investigate. Other places we called only looked and didn't take anything apart and gave their thoughts and pricing. That was a great first sign to me and we hired them for this first step. Al was also confident and assured me that they will get to the bottom of the problem and take care of it. Al, Mike, Pedro & Brent were the first to come out and do the inspection. They were all great! They took things apart, actually looked underneath the siding, and really investigated. Once Al came up with his theories and a plan, our condo association hired them for the big job. The booking process was easy and we were even able to do a video call with Al prior to the booking to go over his plan, discuss what needed to be done, and ask our questions. When the time finally came for the job to start, there was a whole crew that came. Everyone was great! Al, Mike, Pedro & Brent were there again which was wonderful because they were the ones who first laid eyes on the problems. Vinny, Pablo, J, and Charlie and one or two others also joined over the course of the project. It really felt like we were being taken care of! Everyone on the Elite team was wonderful, they were very nice, always willing to explain things, fine with us watching the process and just overall and great team! They all have a good camaraderie with each other. Mike, Vinny and Pedro even came back in the rain to close up a bunch of stuff to make sure it didn't get even more drenched over the weekend. And, they stuck to the time that Mike told us the day before, I was pleasantly surprised. We had a punch list of little things that needed to be done to complete and finish everything up and they were able to come back much sooner than I thought and they accomplished them. So far, with all the rain we have gotten, there hasn't been any signs of leaking! That is the biggest goal...stop the leaking! And, of course time will tell with water being so tricky, but I am very hopeful and positive that what Elite has done has been the answer to our problems! Karyn and Sophie even called to check on us to see if there has been any leaking and assured us that even if we do see any leaking, we should call them right away so they can take care of us. This of course makes me feel really good and that we, as their clients, are being taken seriously and being taken care of. I just want others to know what we were going through prior to Elite and how Elite has been a great company to work with in aiming to solve our problem. “We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

“Flori came and helped me with my gas fireplace. I had a different company come and inspect my fireplace, they charged me $400 and wanted to do another inspection for $800 more. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. “These guys are the most honest and straight forward contractors out there. We bought a home that had a really old roof with multiple layers and a pitch and gutter system that would cause a waterfall over our roof. The roof was a mess and the solutions that prior contractors offered just didn't seem to address my concerns. Mike and his team, on the other hand, really had the knowledge and skills to deal with a roof that had a lot of problems. They put in a cricket that solved the waterfall issue . They were able to rip out everything, deal with a broken chimney, rotted beams, and incredible unsafe gutters. When they reached to a point of the project where there was rotted roof beams, they didn't have to wait to get the needed supply/labor, they got it done the same day. And during this entire process, they kepts us constantly updated on what is happening with video/images. Its been a year and all the issues have been resolved. Now, what I really think makes them worth every dollar was how they they stay in contact with you for any future issues. We had water issues with our exterior brick and they checked on our exterior brick. While here, they went back on the roof to check it and make sure everything is good. The education I've learned about my house from them is worth gold because I've avoided potential expensive costs related to windows. The cost wasn't cheap for a new roof, but its already saved me money because it actually fixed multiple issues that I didn't even think was related to the roof. Noises we heard from pipes were gone cause they put in proper roof insulation around them and their knowledge saved us from going down potentially more expensive non-solutions. I also highly recommend them to women homeowners. Its sometimes hard to find contractors who aren't condescending, patronizing or dismissive, and really explain things in a clear way. Everyone at Royal Renovators were just excellent in this and didn't make me feel stupid and really explain it in a way that made me feel like this was the right way - not just because thats just how its done. If you are woman homeowner who had bad experiences with prior contractors- I highly recommend Royal Renovators.“

“I had the experience of dealing with ADH group in my interest of purchasing HVAC systems from oil heat to cleaner air and more comfortability. I was nervous and skeptical about decommissioning my boiler but I made the decision and are happy that I did. The company placed all the steps in order of how it would be done and all went smooth. The whole job took a full day. Installers were there in time. The following day the oil tank was removed and the boiler. I am happy that I traded that old system for this more energy efficient system that heats my home better and cleaner. I also traded in that dreaded time of year when negotiating with the oil companies with high rocketing prices of oil.
