Crew did great work on flat roof coating. They applied a clean, even white reflective coating across the roof deck, with careful attention around the chimney base and skylight frame. All the pipe vent caps were replaced with matching new units, properly sealed at the base with no gaps.
They also installed a new cone style roof vent, seated cleanly with tight sealant work. The coping caps and parapet walls were left undamaged throughout, and the roof was left clean with materials organized rather than scattered.

We had a full modified bitumen roof installed on our Brooklyn brownstone, and the results speak for themselves. The crew laid a clean, seamless granulated cap sheet with tight, even seams throughout, no bubbling or wrinkling anywhere. They installed new white aluminum drip edge and coping trim along the entire parapet, which gives the roof a crisp, finished look while protecting the terra cotta coping caps below.
