Had a flat roof replacement done and honestly couldn't have asked for better. Old roof was modified bitumen that had been patched a million times and still pooled water every storm. They tore it down to the deck, found two rotted boards, replaced them, and put down a fully adhered EPDM membrane. Drainage actually works now. Crew showed up when they said they would and the cleanup was spotless. Been through two heavy rains, bone dry inside.
