“I had a lovely experience with everyone here, and have found my new eye dr. Dr Sam was kind and patient and answered all of my questions around my progressive lens prescription. We have a plan for contacts and how to manage my vision from here on out. Thank you everyone! ♥”
“I was truly amazed with the service from Yoselin, Guadalupe, and Frances at the Newburgh store. These ladies went above and beyond. Thank you all so very much”
“I have a pair of silhouette frames with progressive lenses. These are very delicate frames, not everyone can work on these, in fact, I think you need to be certified. I needed my lenses from my current frame to be transferred to a new identical frame. I did a search online and came up with Optique elegance. I made the appointment over the phone, which was very easy and accommodating. When I arrived for the appointment, I met Brion Shapiro. He is the owner. Very pleasant. He told me to come back in 45 minutes. When I did, he was ready for me. He sat me down in his chair, carefully adjusted my frames several times to ensure they sat properly on the bridge of my nose. He also ensured that I had optimal vision through the lenses. He did not have to do that. After all, I did not purchase these frames or lenses from him. His customer service is outstanding, but most importantly, his professionalism and expertise are invaluable. I and my wife will definitely be going back to him when we get our new prescriptions. Thanks Brion!!!”
