Blown away by the service provided here. I brought my mother in to have her glasses repaired. The optician Gene was so kind to her although her glasses were not really repairable he was able to get them back together and the receptionist Mary got my mom in for an exam. My mother is elderly hard of hearing. I was in with her for the test and had tears in my eyes from the kindness the young doctor showed her. I do wish you could make glasses the same day like other shops but the experience we had makes it worth waiting for them. The price is really good and the service priceless. I might have given this review a 5, but my last visit at this place was a way better experience. The ladies at the front area were great, my experience with the doctor not so much. Had just gotten off a 9 hour shift and drove an hour to this place, was told on the phone a week prior when I tried to schedule an appointment that for the vision test you could just walk in, but when I got in I was told the doctor wasn’t in and that I had to wait almost two hours for them to come in or come back a different day. I had went in for an eye exam and new glasses. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there and Maria was very kind and helpful, she was able to help me get a very good price on both of my glasses including every type of protection on them for my eyes especially since they didn’t accept my insurance. I am very pleased with my visit and can’t wait to receive my new glasses. Thank you.
