And they do act as a team ... Most importantly, I am confident in the eye exam process starting with the technician and then with Dr Schramm.. Over the years the distinction is made between minor changes and when it is time to upgrade my glasses .. Net - no selling- balance on what is needed and when. Today I had a number of questions - I received the answers I needed ... Also my glasses needed some tweaks to fit better --- done ! Large selection of frames - even simple ones for me .. :-)”
