If I were you and reading this right now, I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else for your vision care and needs. The staff has bright smiles as they greet you and offer to provide service as soon as you walk in. Terrence, Zerqa and the first gentleman who set up my appointment were each so very personable and helpful. Dr. Jallim was A-mazing! So professional and efficient. I would like to detail the highs and lows of my experience here. Keith and Terrance could not have been more professional, helpful, understanding and patient. 5 stars for their service when I came in for eye exam and glasses purchase. These guys are very good in customer care!
John on the other hand, needs significant customer service training. He processed my refund efficiently and competently. However, he never looked up to say hello, acknowledge that I was there or behave like he was interacting with a human.
Wal-Mart, you can do better than this.

Stopped in yesterday to get some info on new glasses and associate Terrance was very helpful in answering my questions I told him I'd be up to see him soon to get some new glasses after my vision test
