Each time my husband and I walk into Optique Elegance we are reminded of how pleasant an experience one can have in selecting eye frames.Brion Shapiro is a skilled optician with an artistic eye, which is enormously helpful in the process of finding the perfect frame.Recently, I unfortunately sat on a pair of glasses, totally compromising their fit. It was on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend. Panicked, I called Optique Elegance expecting to have to wait until the store was scheduled to open on Wednesday morning. I am delighted with new progressive lenses Optique Elegance provided for my glasses. The entire process: measurements, fitting, were first rate, easy, relaxing. He took the time to get it right and listened to my concerns with the old lenses. An entirely new experience. Superb.

I have a complex eye condition (and very high prescription) that I was diagnosed with out of the blue and it created chaos for my vision and my life.Brion was recommended by a friend who read online he was the best :). and he was right. Brion has been incredibly patient, professional, diligent, and meticulous with me and in helping me get the proper glasses and tools for me to function and live my life. With my prescription, the slightest margin of error can create distortion and loss of function for me. And the type of Glasses I can use are limited.It has been a lot to get used to and very frustrating and scary. But I'm grateful I have Brion as part of my team to help...read full review
