Honest, professional, friendly and quality work. Rich did a great job to troubleshoot a problem with our gutters. About a year ago we had new gutters installed but the installer secured them to a rotten facia board and the gutter pulled off. Rich explained the issue and suggested that the repair should be under warranty but I really did not want to go back and battle with the original installer. Rich thoroughly cleaned the gutters and was able to repair the damaged section professionally at a reasonable price. We recommend Hudson Gutter Cleaning to anyone, because finding trustworthy and fair people is very rare!

Our largest electric baseboard heater, located in our living room, died about a month ago. Having used ACE once before to fix the radiant heater in our bathroom, I immediately called Andy on a Friday and he showed up on Monday morning, despite having vacation plans that started that day!
Andy confirmed the faulty heater, ordered the part and replaced it upon his return from vacation. The service was quick, the job was clean, and the room is warm again.
I also had Andy replace the thermostat for the new heater with a digital thermostat that is WiFi accessible.

I recently did a gut renovation of my apartment which I purchased in 2005. Admittedly, given I had heard so many nightmare stories from friends and colleagues who did renovations, I certainly was anxious and skeptical about proceeding. When deciding which contractor to use I did some research including talking to the resident manager of my building. Dutchman repeatedly came up as being highly recommended. And given they did a number of apartment renovations in the building it was easy to see their work firsthand and talk to other tenants about their experience. I went with Dutchman and in the end, I am glad I did. They were true professionals, kept the premises clean, and their sub contractors for the most part did exceptional work and were attentive to even the most minor details. I would highlight Wilson Saeteros (project manager) as the MVP as he was absolutely terrific to work with - always a positive ‘can do’ attitude, responsive, effective, patient and trustworthy. There were road bumps along the way - to be expected - and when we hit a particularly significant road bump towards the end, the owner, Thomas Vandeveerdonk, personally stepped in, put a game plan in place and provided reassurance that the job would be completed to our satisfaction. It was evident in my interactions with Tom, client satisfaction is his #1 priority. I would absolutely recommend Dutchman to anyone considering a renovation.

She can pinpoint the parts of your body that need correcting and then where the sources or points on your body need attention or correcting which she is an expert at then doing. She uses AK to determine some of the above and also to determine many other things about you need or would benefit from (vitamins, shoes, other treatments you might need). Been going to Chris for about 2 decades! Met thru community events then woke up with a crunch in the neck 2 days before flying 5 hours for a large family event. He was able to see me immediately.
