“I recently did a gut renovation of my apartment which I purchased in 2005. Admittedly, given I had heard so many nightmare stories from friends and colleagues who did renovations, I certainly was anxious and skeptical about proceeding. When deciding which contractor to use I did some research including talking to the resident manager of my building. Dutchman repeatedly came up as being highly recommended. And given they did a number of apartment renovations in the building it was easy to see their work firsthand and talk to other tenants about their experience.
