Customers report being in dire straights with an oil burner that started to smoke, and Chris from MCK Plumbing responded quickly, intelligently, and with obvious experience. He assessed the work, made sure parts were available, and completed the entire job by the afternoon. He priced the job fairly and followed up the next day. Another customer had a pipe burst in the basement, and MCK came out and installed new PEX pipes in no time. Doug and Gage were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and cleaned up well. Tommy and Craig were great and very professional, installing a new shower system. The best installation crew was punctual, polite, and professional, totally concentrated until the job was completed. For emergency situations, MCK is quick to respond and fix the problem, with professional and friendly service from Alan and Tyler to the office staff.
Tommy and Tyler were both great. They were installing commercial grade baseboard heat in a section of my family room. They were professional, clean and kept me informed of an issue they ran into. I would recommend both of them and their boss that was overseeing the project.
