Another customer had a pipe burst in the basement, and MCK came out and installed new PEX pipes in no time. Doug and Gage were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and cleaned up well. Tommy and Craig were great and very professional, installing a new shower system. The best installation crew was punctual, polite, and professional, totally concentrated until the job was completed. For emergency situations, MCK is quick to respond and fix the problem, with professional and friendly service from Alan and Tyler to the office staff.
I recently had Tyler and Alan complete work at my home, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Their workmanship was clean, organized, and completed with great attention to detail.
They took the time to explain the work, kept the job site neat, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction.

We were in such dire straights! My daughter's oil burner started to smoke, almost, but not quite, a fire. Turned off burner, called the service provider, Steve from Slomin's. He did a great job but couldn't do one very important piece of it needed for complete repair. He gave us three companies to call. The ONLY one to respond quickly, intelligently and with obvious experience was Chris from MCK Plumbing. He was at the house, assessed the work needed, made sure parts were available and came back to complete the entire job by the afternoon.
Not only that but priced the job fairly AND followed up the next day to see if everything was good and we were satisfied.

Had a pipe burst in my basement. MCK came out and installed new PEX pipes in no time. I had them fix a leak on my boiler as well. Doug and Gage were courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. I also appreciated how well they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
