“Good communication. Arrived on time. Very personable and helpful. my wife is pleased with the result. I didn't know what to expect, but found the rug to be very wet, so I used the hoover rug cleaner and drew off around another pint. Highly trafficked area is still darker. I wish that there would have been some method to address them, but for a light tan carpet that was installed 13 years ago, I think we did okay. What I did soak up was dirty, so I will probably double up and another cleaning sometime in the future.”
