Terrible customer service. We paid 180$ to have a stain removed from my daughters carpet and it looks exactly the same as before they came. I’ve called and no response from the company.Service: Area rug cleaning
Carpet Cleaners were friendly and courteous. True professionals know their work and did it right, in detail, efficient and quick. Finally, Franklin Carpets Care gave me a follow-up phone call to inform me the invoice adjustment due to miscalculation. I was so impressed for his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service
The service I received from Franklin Carpets Care was outstanding! Service man was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He informed of everything he was going to do and delivered on his promise. My carpets were amazing!
