Could not recommend the restoration specialist group enough. Came after we had a leak from a broken water heater in our basement. Was very reasonable on price, and actually looked for the most cost effective solutions.
When the job turned out to be bigger than initially foreseen, honored the original price, and made sure that the job was fully done.
If I said this was the best vendor I’ve ever dealt with, it would still be an understatement.
This company is as honest as they come. They do exactly what they promise, and even stop you from wasting money on things you don’t need. They don’t jack up prices mid-project. They work clean, straight, and with real craftsmanship.
Normally, when I hear a review like this, I think, “Here we go, all these ‘professional’ points are going to mean a huge price tag.” Not here. Their prices are shockingly reasonable.
I’ve never had such a smooth, affordable, and stress-free experience.
