All Clean Carpet is the BEST. They treated my two couches with Fiber-Shield. I have two young kids and John, Susan and Kim, and the rest of the talented technicians have been with me through all my stain crises since we started working together. Sometimes they've come out ASAP and worked their magic and other times they've just talked me through home remedy processes I could use to fix a stain without my having to incur a charge for their in-person visit. We hired All Clean Carpet to clean a few rugs and couldn't be more pleased with the results. For one of them, they performed a miracle that we did not even think was possible. When they first tried to remove the dark, heavy stains from this particular rug, they were not successful, but instead of leaving it there, they were undeterred. They said "we will try one more thing," and what followed was pure magic.
