As a middle-aged runner managing several minor chronic injuries (calf, heel, IT band etc.), the massage service they offer is therapeutic and relaxing while being reasonably priced compared to other local spas.
I have been a client of Wellnest from the start of their business and all I can tell you is they will go beyond to make sure their clients get the best fit whether they are looking for classes or the perfect massage. The owners Bill & Nicole have certainly built a wonderful business for the community. I know their business will continue to grow throughout the future. Just give them a try you won’t be sorry. My 5 star review is based on the personal training I’ve had with Bill. He will adjust your workout if there is something that you can’t do. For anyone who is thinking about a place to work out, I highly recommend WellNest Studios in Latham. I started taking classes and doing personal training there a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier. All staff that I have worked with are positive, motivational, and very skilled at what they do. The personal attention and customer service are outstanding. Each trainer and instructor is excellent at gearing the workout to a person's age and abilities, They listen to your personal goals and help you achieve them. The studio is clean and well equipped for any level of exercise you may be looking for. From personal training to yoga to boot camp, it’s been great.
