“I hired Besroi to replace my roof and gutters. I got 10 estimates and they were all pretty comparable. What set them apart from the rest- the sales agent actually sealed the area where my roof was leaking! He had a laser pointer so it was easy for us to discuss the roof! The quote was very detailed and gave me options. He answered my calls and texts. The roofing was done first and they did it in one day! They tarped everything up, the area was a huge mess, and it was all cleaned up at the end of the day. The gutters would be next, the timeframe was up in the air, and to my surprise they were there a couple days later. Everything looks fantastic. You can tell they know what they are doing because everything was organized, scheduled, and easy. It’s a big purchase and an important one. I highly recommend.“

“Our project included complete residing of our house, all new gutters, 5 windows replaced, the roof over the sunporch replaced and a storm door replaced.
Throughout the process, from contacting Stockmohr in August 2024, to the completion of the project in July 2025, everyone at Stockmohr was friendly, professional, accommodating and helpful. Emmett Sweet, our main contact at Stockmohr, was especially helpful throughout. He carefully explained all our options, showed us samples of the various alternatives and detailed the differences in costs. In addition he stayed in contact through to the end of the project.
During construction, the various crews that worked on the house were friendly, professional and respectful of us and our property. The window installers, in particular, did an excellent job installing them and melding them with the windows' existing interior trim. At the end of the project, Emmett walked through the finished product with us and listed any concerns we had. A crew was sent out and addressed those concerns.
Just one small negative, not about Stockmohr, but about the 3/4 view, Provia Spectrum Storm door that replaced one from our kitchen to a small deck. The original crew had problems installing it. A separate crew came out and worked on it, fixing some corner joins that didn't align properly and making sure that the door closed as it should. Although, it is a marked improvement over the door it replaced, one of its features does not work all the time. The smaller lower window is designed to lift and bring up an attached screen. We thought it would be a nice feature to have a smaller air flow at a low level. Once opened, the window has a tendency to slip back down almost closing. If we knew that beforehand, we would not have gone with that feature.
Having said that, I and my wife highly recommend Stockmohr for any project you may have.“

They even replaced fence boards that broke because their ladders were stored next to them and broke when the winded forced a gate open. Didn't expect that but it shows that they are a quality outfit.“
