We made and appointment and the problem was fixed quickly (We thought). Turns out there was a secondary leak in the base of the toilet as well, so I did have to call them to come back and fix that as well. “We recently purchased a new gas stove and fridge, Buglione was able to make it out to us the very next day. Our technician was courteous and very thorough. The technician installed a water line for our fridge and installed a shutoff line to the independent water line with out requesting (forsseing problems that may require one). The technician also identified that our new slide in range would require an adjustment on our current gas line in order for the range to fit flush to the wall. Approaching heating season we had them perform a tune up of our gas boiler. Our technician was very efficient and informed us every step of the way what was being done and reasoning behind it. This is not my first experience with these folks and certainly far from my last. If you value honesty and integrity and having the job done right the first time, give these folks a call, they are the definition of earning your business“

Granted, we were without water for a couple days, but he came in and fixed the valve and said that we did not need a well pump. That honesty was pure gold. Joe mentioned if I want to have it replaced sooner he would be happy to help. Having a good plumber is something everyone should have access to.
