I called Kappus bright and early Monday morning and they were here an hour later. They were knowledgeable and worked with a quickness, and even crawled under my house which is a literal belly slide crawl space to rule out possible issues. “We were in a jam last night as hubby just had hip surgery and his raised toilet did not flush. Thankfully we had a 2nd bathroom but the bigger commode did not fit so had to use smaller one. “Highly skilled in hydronic systems. Worked me into his schedule the very next day after I called, for a non-emergency. Diagnosed the problem causing a water leak and had all the parts to effect the repair. Replaced defective expansion tank which caused pressure spikes which corrupted the relief valve and caused the leak. Very reasonable pricing considering the physical difficulty in getting to the replaced parts in a cramped environment. A true throwback to the days of troubleshooting a problem and making the cheapest repair that provides reliable performance.“
