The visit and the doctor were fine. Just 2 minor points: 1) I first made the appointment online and saw the message that I would get an email confirming the appt the day before. I never got an email and when I called there was no record of an appointment. 2) I was asked for my name, address, phone number, email etc. Then in the office I had to fill out all this information again. What is the point of having a computer and asking all these questions multiple times? I have been on file with you for years.
The care was very professional and everyone in the office was nice and friendly and helpful. The office itself was clean and the environment was very welcoming. The wait was very short. And my experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend Benjamin Optical and Dr. Pollak to anyone seeking eye care.
Excellent experience! Called and got an appointment that same day. It was a first time visit for an annual exam. I was out within 34 minutes. [That incudes the 15 minute wait for the eyedrops to fully dilate the eyes.] Thank you Dr. Pollock!
