3068 Hempstead Tpke, Levittown“Our favorite music/lesson store.
We’ve had a great 25+ years of experience with Monster Music both with the original owners and the current owner Brian.
We’ve purchased guitars, drum sets, keyboards, sheet music, etc. along with accessories and were never disappointed.
Our grandchildren are second generation patrons of Monster Music and have flourished in their piano and guitar abilities.
Thank you Brian and Monster Music!“

416 Larkfield Rd, East Northport“My husband and sons take music lessons, and over the years, their teachers have become like family. Chris has been teaching my husband and son guitar for over ten years. His passion and enthusiasm have not only taught them how to play but have also helped them truly love music. He's had a powerful impact on my son's self-esteem, giving him a gift that will last a lifetime.
Sue teaches my other son piano. She is patient and caring, and she shares a special bond with my youngest. Her encouragement has helped him build confidence, develop a deep passion for music, and learn the value of patience and dedication.
Munro Music is more than a place for lessons—it's a place where the teachers don’t just teach; they genuinely care for their students and love what they do.“

26 Bluebird Dr, Syosset“I have been going to this school ever since it was founded. The owner is a great guy. I love the classes. The management is next level. I absolutely love the welcoming atmosphere. The drawing class is amazing. I love how accommodating everyone is. Also the music we create here is amazing. I love that we get to travel to different countries. Also, the location is great too. Located in the industrial powerhouse of Long Island. It is also very close to the train station, so easy for me to commute here. Alas, I would be sad not to mention the amazing waiting room vibe. 10/10 would recommend if you want to learn how to elevate your drawing and music making skills. If you come here long enough you will become an excellent musician and artist. Would recommend for all parents who want their children to have a good future in art-and music.“

center.“

“We had an outstanding experience with The Long Island Violin Shop! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of selecting the right instrument.
We recently purchased a Hiroshi Kono violin for our son, and we couldn't be happier. The difference in sound compared to his previous instrument is remarkable—rich, warm, sweet, and full of character. Our son has truly enjoyed playing it, and it's been exciting to hear the depth and beauty it brings to his music.
We also purchased a BAM case, which is both beautiful and exceptionally well made.
We are so grateful for the guidance, expertise, and care we received. It is clear that they are passionate about helping musicians find instruments they will love. We highly recommend The Long Island Violin Shop and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future!
