Best customer service.I Always enjoy coming in. I am an advanced beginner, but my connection with LI Violin Shop has added to my enjoyment. Carol is so helpful and Andre is always ready to assist.
As we wanted to make sure we purchased the "right" viola for our daughter, it took a long time on our part making a final decision. We have rented a violin from them for almost three years now for our daughter and have no complaints. Their instruments are definitely of a higher quality grade and matches what they charge for rental fee. They're not cheap but you will get an amazingly great instrument with exceptional services. The people there are always welcoming and nice. They provide infinite knowledge of string instruments to you if you care stay long to hear.
