“My 6 1/2 year old daughter has been taking violin lessons at WMS with David Creswell for a year now. David has an impressive experience as a musician, and he is also an amazing teacher. He makes the lessons fun and engaging, playing along with my daughter, and helping her develop a love of violin. She has made unbelievable progress and what is even more important - she loves playing her violin! In addition, WMS has recitals twice a year where everyone is welcome to participate. It is a wonderful way to keep students engaged and my daughter loves the thunderous applause at the end. :)We are very happy with WMS and truly grateful to have David as an instructor. We believe that beside our children's schooling and physical exercises, music should be a major part of their lives. And WSM has made this possible. The location is fantastic in so many ways given that it is in the same building as the Westport Museum of Contemporary Arts. The grounds are safe, private and beautiful.
