“I walked into the optical department and Doug assisted me when I was a bit upset.One of the arms of my distance glasses fell off and while trying to repair them at home with my reading glasses, 3 of them, they all lost an arm while trying to fix my distance glasses.Needless to say I was, besides being a bit freaked out, quite aggravated when I got to Target.Doug greeted me with a smile and was the sweetest young man!
